Navigating Emotional Manipulation:

In life, we often strive to be kind and respectful towards others, showering them with love and support. We aim to avoid hurting their feelings or causing humiliation in any way. However, despite our best efforts, some people still mistreat us by playing with our emotions and dragging us down in society.
These individuals are selfish and self-preserved; they only care about themselves. They show no concern for your well-being or whether you live or die. To them, you were never taken seriously – merely a temporary amusement or an object to use for personal gain. When they feel there’s nothing left of value in the relationship, these people abandon you without remorse, as if you never existed. Despite all the help provided throughout their lives, they remain ungrateful and fail to acknowledge any good deeds done on their behalf.
Now focused on destroying your spirit and confidence, these once cherished connections become adversaries seeking your downfall. While we initially hoped for their prosperity and success together, it becomes clear that they’re determined to see us destroyed instead. Ultimately, being faithful and loving toward such individuals leads to a bitter end where one-sided devotion is met with betrayal.
After going through hell, I am deeply connected to nature and feel immense gratitude when surrounded by mountains, rivers, trees, and the outdoors. Nature provides me with solace from the pain caused by unfaithful people in my life. To cope with this hurt, I run five kilometers daily to maintain mental fitness. I also participate in trekking, cycling, and meditation to strengthen myself mentally and physically. Over time, these experiences have transformed me into a stronger individual who no longer allows others to take advantage of my feelings.
In today’s world, where trustworthiness is scarce, it is crucial to rely on oneself for support. Learning self-love and caring for one’s well-being is essential for personal growth. Remember that your ego and attitude define you; do not unthinkingly trust others but instead focus on being strong and fearless within yourself.

I write to keep myself alive, and I do see things, feel them, and I try to give those feelings and experiences shape into words.
